Bhujel Heritage Lexicon
The CEL, SU has been working towards building a corpus of Bhujel lexical items used in various domains. The Centre has created a corpus of 3200 lexical items which are transcribed in both the IPA and the Devanagari script and the corresponding sound files and images are also being added for the entries. Each individual lexical items have been linked with their corresponding sound files. Thus, a multi-modal lexicon for the existing corpus has been developed. The corpus has also been translated into two languages namely; Nepali, being the lingua franca of Sikkim and English and also a gloss for each lexical entry has been provided. This is how a Trilingual Heritage Lexicon has been created. The term heritage language has been used broadly to refer to non-societal and non-majority languages spoken by groups often known as linguistic minorities. Such minorities include populations who are either indigenous to a particular region of a present-day nation state or populations that have migrated to areas other than their own regions or nations of origin.
The Centre had released the beta version of the android application of the Bhujel Heritage Lexicon on the 21st February, 2019 on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day. The android application was released by the Vice-Chancellor of Sikkim University.

A draft version of the Lexicon was also made available to various language experts from the community to gain feedback and comments.
Gurung Dictionary
Gurung trilingual dictionary Gurung-English-Nepali app, a beta version, was released on 21 February, 2019 on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day. The android application was released by the Vice-Chancellor of Sikkim University.

Magar Dictionary
The CEL, SU has also been working toward building a corpus of Magar lexical items used in various domains. The CEL, SU has created a corpus of 1200 lexical items which are transcribed in both the IPA and the Devanagari; apart from the annotated text corpus the lexical items have been linked with their corresponding sound files and images thus, a multi-modal lexicon for the existing corpus has been developed. The corpus has also been translated into two languages namely- Nepali being the lingua franca of Sikkim and English and a gloss for each lexical entry has been provided. A Trilingual Magar Dictionary is under preparation. Sherpa Dictionary
The CEL, SU has been working towards building a Sherpa trilingual dictionary Sherpa-English-Nepali. The Android application, a beta version, for the trilingual dictionary was released on 21 February, 2019 on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day. The android application was released by the Vice-Chancellor of Sikkim University.

Rokdung Dictionary
The CEL, SU has also been working toward building a corpus of Rokdung lexical items used in various domains and has released the beta version of the android application of the Rokdung Dictionary.
